DXS500/506 Hipot and Insulation Resistance Tester

DXS500/506 Hipot and Insulation Resistance Tester

The DXS500 and DXS506 combine the functions of a megohmmeter and a dielectric strength tester performing both hipot and insulation resistance tests.

The DXS506 has a DC voltage output and performs hipot tests from 0 to 6kV DC whilst both the DXS500 and DXS506 perform hipot test to 5kV AC. Both have a hipot/dielectric strength tester current of 110mA AC (and the DXS506 also has hipot tester current of 40mA DC). Other hipot testers within the DXS range have a hipot tester current of 10mA AC and 4mA DC.

Suitable for the Aerospace Industry.
