Enabling us to give you the quality of service you require to manage your test equipment calibration requirements from start to finish.

We aim to calibrate your equipment and return it to you within 5-7 days upon receipt of your goods and payment confirmation/purchase order (account customers only).
To maintain the high standards of test instruments, periodic calibration and servicing is required. This forms a vital part of the maintenance procedure, and gives you the confidence in using your tester, knowing that it is performing within the manuafcturers specification.
Without periodic calibration an instrument can drift out of the manufacturers specification unrecognised and potentially lead to faulty test readings. Our highly skilled engineers carry out calibration in a temperature controlled laboratory to ensure precise accuracy.
With The Seaward Group service department you can have the confidence in using a quality approved company as we work to quality procedures in accordance to our ISO 9001:2000 (BSI certificate no. Q05356).
UKAS calibration is available at our Peterlee premises in the Seaward Electronic UKAS accredited facility (UKAS Laboratory No 809).
